PPA150 Color Challenge

The first color challenge of the new year was just what I needed to get me back in the saddle again!  I realized that I haven’t stamped, or posted anything on my blog for over 6 weeks until just the other day.  I NEEDED to get back to stamping to get my sanity back.  Stamping is therapy!    I love the color combination that our pals came up with.

So here is my entry:  I hope you like it.

I used Melon Mambo embossing powder to emboss the flower image and sentiment.

I thought the flower needed a little bling so I added a center from Silver Glimmer paper topped with a jumbo pearl which I colored black.

Thanks for stopping into My  Stampin’ Space.  Come back again, or better yet, sign-up to receive my newsletter or subscribe to my RSS Feedburner Feed so you’ll never miss a post!

Happy Stampin’

  1. This is a wonderful card, Nancy! Your flower looks wonderful against the patterned background and I love the touch of glimmer paper and the black pearl! Thanks for playing along at PPA with us for this challenge! Hope you’ll join us later this month for our sketch challenge too!
