My tactic is to take the time to mark up my catalog with Retiring items (usually I put an “R” in red pen) next to the item that is Retiring.
PLEASE NOTE: With many of the stamp sets and dies that are carrying over to the new catalog, that are sold in a discounted bundle, the DISCOUNTED BUNDLE is retiring, but not the stamp set/dies.
