I love the new Valentine set in the 2015 Occasions catalog! When I saw the Mojo Monday sketch challenge I knew this was the set I would be reaching for. And when I saw the challenge for the Paper Players, I knew my card would fit the bill for that challenge too! That’s killing two birds with one stone so to speak! Here is the Mojo Monday sketch:

I used the new “You Plus Me” stamp set for the sentiment and the “Stacked with Love” DSP paper stack for the background paper and the middle circle layer. Real Red, Basic Black and Whisper White cardstock round out out the ingredients used in this card.
I kept it simple with a Whisper White card base. The B&W XO pattern was just right for the main panel. A small strip of Basic Black cardstock embossed with the new Happy Heart TIEF gave me a good foundation for the main star of the show; the sentiment! It was stamped in Real Red ink on Whisper White cardstock. My circle thinlits dies did all the heavy cropping of the circle, and the patterned Real Red 2nd circle. These were backed up by a Real Red cardstock Starburst circle.
